Every time I have gone in to one of their stores the staff have been super friendly and helpful, which makes such a good impact.

It’s a little disheartening that there’s not always the same amount of choice in store as online but that’s understandable, as they only have so much space in store.

I took one star off after using the online ordering. Paid for either assigned delivery day or next day delivery (I can’t remember which one it was) but it didn’t arrive until 2 days later. I tried to contact customer service during this time but I was unable to. But when the books were delivered, they were in great condition and the delivery driver was so nice and polite.

I would still use the online delivery, just maybe not pay for specific delivery days. Still super happy with this company though, I honestly think it’s the staff that make it such an enjoyable place to shop, and I can usually get everything I want when I go in so that’s a plus!

I cannot speak for any other stores but my local branch has the most helpful staff that have gone above and beyond to help me.

Especially a young chap called Joss that was particularly helpful.
