Love everything from Amazon but beware of the before taxes/after taxes thing. Display price is just that, when you end up buying the product the price is way higher plus the cost of shipping which isn't a small amount either. I wish they display prices with everything included.

Also wenn ich so manche Bewertungen hier lese, kann ich schon (v.a. aus Gründen der Rechtschreibung) verstehen, dass der ein oder andere Servicemitarbeiter von Amazon einfach nicht antwortet. Aber zu meinen Erfahrungen: Bin Kunde seit 2006 und habe schon eine Menge bestellt. Selten wurden die Probleme von Amazon verursacht. Meistens verkackt es der Lieferservice. Wenn es mal ganz dumm lief, schrieb ich eine höfliche Mail an den Support und mir wurde schnell und freundlich geholfen.

Onlangs voor de eerste keer iets besteld bij Amazon US. Hier zeer tevreden van. Alles keurig geleverd, zelf vroeger dan was aangeduid op de package tracking. Had ook een hoesje besteld maar dit moest blijkbaar van China komen. Na enig wachten toch op tijd gekregen. Kan niet klagen echt aan te raden.

Amazon hat in Deutschland das Konzept "Kundenfreundlichkeit" eingeführt. Die von interessierte Seite gelenkte Diskussion über Rücksendungen zeigt, dass die Firma immer noch einen Nerv trifft. Als Verbraucher kann ich Amazon gar nicht genug loben.

I love shopping on Amazon. I mean I would say 70% of the things I own I bought from Amazon. I have never experienced anything bad or weird. I am very pleased with my experience so far and I do recommend giving it a try.

I've had mostly positive experiences with this site. A few times packages have been delayed but nothing bigger than that.

Many items I have needed for my cell phones, toys, books, electronic devices, and clothing are available on Amazon for less than in stores. It is easier to purchase from Amazon and at a reduced cost. There is even an opportunity to sell items back after you have used them, such as DVD's, books, and other items that were needed for a particular project, such as review books for exams for certification.

Really easy to find just about anything you are looking for on this site. I love Amazon if you can't find something odds are Amazon can. So many things I've needed and couldn't find else where I found here. The shipping is pretty quick as well it gets to you withen four days to a week depending on what you ordered. Recommend for anyone!!...

I shop on Amazon often. I love the convenience and appreciate not having to worry about paying shipping with a Prime membership. The few times I have needed to return a product or needed help, Amazon customer service has far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely shop with them again.

I have been a customer since 2001 and have literally purchased thousands of items. I can count on one hand the number of times I have had a problem. Of course this is my own subjective viewpoint but these people are absolutely amazing. Best shopping site ever.

The customer service via telephone is none existent but the if you contact them via email, you get a much better response! They seem to have much more time to look into things via email whereas they just cba on the phone - or it seems that way from the few times I've contacted them.
