Me and my husband have not had better treatment in a long time when purchasing something!

Gorgeous ceiling fan from Hansen Wholesale & it was delivered quickly & we had it installed. Ran into a bump when the remote that we also purchased with our new fan would not fit the housing, so we called Hansen CS with questions of the remote not fitting inside tight space housing. Immediately Hansen CS responded.... They contacted manufacturer for us and will send a different remote our way... WOW! Proof that they care about their CUSTOMERS! Thank you! We were stunned with your care!

The quality of the fan selection is head and shoulders above what you would find on the shelf at any big box store. The comparison graphs with CFM, wind speed and efficiency ratings are super helpful in determining the right fan for your application. Customer service is very good. Terry was super helpful and shipping is quick. I have purchased several fans here and will continue to do so.

I did extensive online research to pick five ceiling fans and no one offered more information than Hansens - their website is incredible. When I reached the point where I had to balance my interest in functionality against budget and design, their salesman, Terry, patiently offered advice and clearly knew what he was talking about. He matched a competitor's lower price on one model even after I had completed the purchase. When I ran into a small delivery glitch that was not even Hansens' fault, Customer Service responded immediately and Christina exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I would not buy a ceiling fan anywhere else.
