I changed hosts to InMotion recently and tried to do a Wordpress migration myself but it was clearly above my abilities and I made a mess of things. I tried to get it to work for weeks but no luck so I contacted InMotion's customer service and was greeted by Charles S. After some time, and my extremely inadequate assistance, Charles was able to get my site up and running again with extreme patience and utmost efficacy. Even after we got accidentally disconnected he managed to connect back with me again to continue solving the issue. My site is up and running again and, after weeks of banging my head against the wall, I can finally rest easy. So thanks again to Charles and InMotion for some top notch customer service!
