We have two computers and both are very good. One I bought secondhand - Lenovo Yogabook. Fantastic idea, a little under-powered for my liking but innovative, fun to use and practical. My wife has a more standard laptop which has worked perfectly.

On two occasions I called about the yogabook to ask for solutions. The machine is well out of warranty. It took a while to get through and at one point they needed to call me back later. However their technical support WAS available at the end of a phone and they did sort out the problem.
