Quick and easy to use

I was looking for someone to service our fairly new boiler, now that British Gas no longer offers just annual boiler service and heating system cover (the boiler still being under guarantee), and found this to be a very quick, easy and efficient way to find an engineer and arrange a service appointment.

WELL AFTER BOOKING THE SERVICE. THE ENGINER PHONED AND SAID HE COULD NOT BE THER ON THAT DAY IWILL COME TWO DAYS TIME BUT PHONED TWOI DAYS LATER AND SAID I WILL. COME MONDAY AND HE DID AND MADE A APOLOGY AND SAID HE WAS OVERWORKED BUT IT GOT DONE IN THE END THANKS

My boiler had broken down so I needed a repair. Spoke to the engineer who updated me on his current job and eta at my property. When he arrived he had a very nice friendly manner to him. He looked at my boiler and explained to me what he was doing at all times to keep me informed. At one point he had to call one of his more senior colleagues to help him identify a fault. He wasn't sure how to fix it so arranged that the other engineer to come and finish the job off. From having no heating or hot water in the morning to having 2 engineers visit me took a from the initial call to job completely finished took less than 4 hours. All in all I am very pleased that I made the call to them, and if I need anything boilerwise again I will be using the dame people again

Excellent Service

I booked through MyBoilerService for a service on my mums boiler, Hills Heating Services carried out the work, John Hill was easy to deal with and communicated well. The price is very good and I will certainly use this service in the future

We may not have found them otherwise as although they came to us based on our postcode, they are not based close by so we would not have looked further than locally. Good professional service, no hesitation recomending.

Andy was prompt both in contacting me and and being able to service my boiler. He was on time, polite and professional. He was conscientious in his work and answered my questions without making me feel like i didn't know anything about my boiler( I don't!). I have recommended him already. Pleased with the service all round from Myboiler service.
