A reliable platform where you can easily view your property portfolio in one place and order services as required. I loaded data approx 18 months before it was required and it was good to know everything was ready to go when required. It takes a few hours for the ad to go live.

Tenant enquiries come through almost instantaneously on your phone by text. An email is also sent although this seems to take slightly longer, sometime sup to an hour later.

Simple, secure site to use. Listing gets onto rightmove for a fraction of the cost of high street estate agents. As landlords we like to conduct the viewings ourself as we can select the best fit. UPAD makes the process very simple.

Upad are a really great letting agent. They take all the hard work out of renting, but you stay in control. The fees are transparent, the staff knowledgeable, helpful and always available. A really great service
