The support I received from Ivaylo tonight was simply fantastic! He had a difficult theme installation and worked through everything to get it right! He did not give up until the job was done! It's the support from people like Ivaylo that keep me renewing my hosting account with WPX year after year. They simply have the best support staff!

So far so good. After poor customer service with Siteground I decided to pay a bit more and move my 3 web sites to WPX. Today when I had a problem I realised that I no longer worry I am going to spend all day getting shunted around customer support and 'being escalated' to get something sorted, they just get on and do it. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
