I used to be constantly hungry but taking these tablets helped me to feel fuller for longer and therefore I ate less. After a couple of weeks I got out of the routine of eating all the time and found even without the tablets I felt full after smaller amounts than I had done previously. In one month I lost 7lbs but I haven't had to starve myself to do it!

Great item and so far, has proved it's worth! I have so far lost a few pounds and hopefully will continue to do so to meet my target weight. It is helping me control my weight loss. Recommended!

Now let me start by saying I am male! I thought these Tablets would be such a waste and laughed when my wife said we both should try these. I gave in and said I would give it a go for a few weeks as we were heading off to Florida so any weight loss wouldn't be a bad thing the way you eat in the U.S.A!!!

The idea is to take 2 pills (4 pills after 2 weeks) about 20 minutes before a meal with a glass of water. This then gives the effect of you being fuller, thus when you have your meal you will eat less. This was exactly what it did to me and my wife. When it came to eating the meal, my eyes and head were telling me to eat more, but my stomach was full so eat less. The pills also made me feel fuller for much longer which stopped me snacking on anything like crisps or a chocolate bar.

I lost around 4 pounds in 3 weeks which isn't bad going. The pills themselves don't make you lose weight, they just make you feel full and so eat less which is the primary cause of weight loss. It's feeling hungry which causes you to eat more and these pills stop me feeling hungry for much longer. They did what they said they would do so I was happy with the Zotrim tablets.
